Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo? +

Yes. We ensure that all products are exactly as shown in the photos. However, in the case of handcrafted items, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish — which add to their unique charm and authenticity.

How do I recover my forgotten password? +

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply go to the “Forgot Password” section on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly? +

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

What are the delivery charges? +

Delivery charges depend on your shipping destination and the weight of your package. You can view the final delivery cost at the checkout page before confirming your order.

What if the product I want is out of stock? +

If a product is out of stock, it will either be hidden from the website or marked as “Out of Stock.” You can check back later or subscribe to our back-in-stock notifications (if available) to receive an alert once the product becomes available again.

How many times will the courier attempt delivery if I am unavailable? +

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts to your provided address. Please ensure your address, country, and area code are entered accurately during checkout. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us, and our team will contact you for further assistance.
